A full stack marketing and customer success leader with deep, cross-disciplinary experience built through senior roles and consulting across diverse sectors and geographies. I specialise in transformation: turning underperforming or disconnected Marketing teams into confident, accountable engines for growth, and siloed Customer Success teams into connected, accountable drivers of advocacy – with smarter systems, clearer targets and processes, and a tighter link to revenue.

Internally, I bring clarity, drive and collaboration. Externally, I align strategy, agencies, partners, and performance. Over 20 plus years, I’ve helped B2B and B2C organisations across Australia, New Zealand and globally get traction. From loyalty and brand transformations at Telstra and Vodafone, to client leadership for blue chip brands in top agencies, to marketing leadership for fast-paced SaaS and Technology companies like Xero, Figured, Auxo and Evnex.

I see marketing and customer experience design as part art, part science. A self-described armchair psychologist, culture junkie and marketing nerd, I know how to weave strategy and creativity with technology to connect with customers and drive behaviour change.

I believe engaging a fractional expert is the best option for businesses in need of big change. It provides domain expertise (whether that’s product, sales, finance etc) and leadership experience, minus the full time FTE costs.
